Not far from the sea near Savelletri di Fasano, Torre Coccaro Masseria was built in the 16th century as a defence tower against Saracen raids.
Surrounded by an immense cultivation of secular olive, almond and carob trees, this luxurious 5-star resort wishes to safeguard the capacity to enjoy simple things in a refined rural setting.
Torre Coccaro Masseria offers a scenario of past times with all modern amenities, where you can enjoy a moonlit evening drink in the bar of the converted 13th century olive-press building where imagination takes you back to the times when masseria life revolved around olive harvesting and pressing.
The courtyard has a 1730 consecrated chapel, where the Savelletri population gathers once a year to honour the area’s patron saints.
The rooms situated among the greenery, and those in the tower, are characterised by arches where bunches of tomatoes hung to dry for winter in the past.

In the estate looking the olive groves, far 80 meters from the main building quiet area with a private garden, high ceilings, Tivoli stereo, sky channels, wireless, linen sheets, some with bathtub, typical Apulian décor.
In the main courtyard with private porch and garden, bathtub, Tivoli stereo, tYpical Apulian décor, little seating area for breakfast, much bigger and in a better position compared to the Superior room.
Elegants some are in the old court yard with fireplace little garden with porch, others are in the tower with vaulted ceilings and small balcony with sea view and of the olive groves, other junior suites are in the main court yard very large with high ceilings and private porch. wireless, Sky Tv, linen sheets tivoli stereo.

Tower Suite and Olive Suite:
In the Top floor of the Tower were the marquis Palmieri used to live, large living room with fireplace and dining table, bedroom with Sat SKY tv, Tivoli stereo, balcony with great sea view,bathroom with Jacuzzi. Sq Mt. 60.
In a quiet area a magnificent suite with bedroom, lounge with SKY TV, Tivoli stereo, fantastic large terrace with view of the olive groves. Sq Mt. 60 + 60 sq mt terrace.
Chapel suite:
A superlarge suite ( 80 sq mt) next to the antique church in the main courtyard, a very large lounge room with vaulted ceilings lounge with fireplace, desk corner, a beautiful separated bedroom with seaview, a large terrace (60 sq mt) with view of the countryside covered by a pergola with a vine dating back to 1500 were in september you can eat your own grape, a dinner table sunbeds and a relaxing hammock. location for many movies and fotoshoot amongst them the barilla advertising spot

Authentische Gebäude und Anlagen (teilweise im Alter), höchst service-freundliche Mitarbeitende.
Der neue Coccaro Beach Club ist sehr gut gestaltet und organisiert, insbesondere La Cucina ist sehr gut, das Restaurant am Meer ist sehr schön gelegen.

His Opinion: We had a really amazing stay this past week at Masseria Torre Coccaro. First of all, its a really beautiful place. It has a real rustic charm but still has modern amenities. There are flowers everywhere and the smell of jasmine permeates the air. The breakfast is sensational with all types of beautiful fruits as well as cakes and incredible cheeses. Maybe the best Burrata i've ever had. It is also associated with a beach club which is five minutes away and is really great. The food at dinner is great and i highly recommend the Pugliese dinner night on Wed.
Best of all are the people that work there. Everyone was so gracious and wanted to sincerely please you. People went out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. My only criticism was one person and that is the young lady who is the hostess at the beach club. For whatever reason she had a problem with us and never wanted to give us a good table, even after we reserved a table with her the previous day she acted like she never saw me before. It was honestly like a Laurel and Hardy "whose on first" moment which was strange considering how gracious everyone else was. When this happened, a server named Pasquale stepped in and made it all right but other than that it was a truly perfect stay and we are already looking at coming again next year with some friends.
